BARTENDER 

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing person who can utilize time management skills, organizational skills and who can help create an outstanding experience for our guests! We would like someone who possesses the knowledge of mixology and craft beer. Must have at least 1-2 years bartending experience, passion for hospitality and ability to work in a fast paced environment. 

GAME OPERATIONS

Do you have a love for shuffleboard? Bocce Ball? We are looking for you! Franklin Alley is in need of energetic and creative folks to man the ground game floor!

Responsibilities Include:

• Coaching players on the rules of the games

• Acting as a referee of sorts during games

• Assisting players through hour rentals

• Maintaining allocated rental times

• Possible league night assisting

• Making FASC a great place to visit and learn!

Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of shuffleboard and bocce ball rules and equipment.

FRONT DESK

One of the most important positions at Franklin Alley! We are seeking fun, energetic and super organized front desk staff. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting guests

• Answering main phone line

• Renting floor games and keeping track of equipment

• Scheduling game rentals

• Taking all phoned food orders and some in person orders

• Acting as a help desk for all Franklin Alley guests who may need assistance

Skills and Experience

• Must be friendly, organized and able to work in a fast paced environment. Experince in hospitality a plus!

CONCESSION COOK

Franklin Alley is seeking an experienced, part time, prep-cook/cook for our concession stand style menu.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing food

• Monitoring food for freshness and safety

• Storing ingredients properly

• Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.

• Inventory

Skills and Experience

• Experience working in a commercial kitchen or food truck a plus!

FOOD RUNNER

We are looking for energetic and extremely organized individuals who are quick on their feet! 

Responsibilities Include:

• Making sure that all food orders are delivered to tables in a timely manner.

• Guaranteeing orders are correct and fulfilled to our customers expectations

• Taking and Delivering food and drink orders to our VIP space event customers

• Helping in the kitchen when needed

Skills and Experience

• Experience working in the hospitality or restaurant industry a plus!
